The possibilities are endless when it comes to creating meals from local ingredients. To give you an idea of what kinds of dishes you can make using NS food, our Dietetic Intern, Marlee Coldwell, has put together this sample meal plan. The delicious food found in our little province can create a diverse spectrum of meals – check it out!
