Easy Fruit Crisp

Ingredients:

Fruit mixture:

  • 6 cups in-season fruit of your choice, cut up with stems, pits, and cores removed
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. honey

Topping:

  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 cups rolled oats (Try Speerville)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

In an oiled 9×13 inch baking pan, mix ingredients for the “fruit mixture”. Next, mix the ingredients for the topping in a separate bowl. Spread this topping on the fruit mixture. Bake at 375F for 35 minutes.
