Rob’s Famous Pancake/Waffle Mix

There’s nothing better than having a delicious breakfast on a Saturday morning. This versatile recipe can be topped with whatever local, seasonal fruit you like – from strawberries to blueberries to peaches! Try getting your flour from a local producer as well, such as Speerville Mill.

The Base

  • 6 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp baking powder
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cups powdered milk

To make pancakes:

  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 ½ cups base

* Beat egg first and then mix in the base and the water

To make waffles:

  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups base

* Beat egg first and then mix in the base and the water
