Strawberry Smoothie

Tip: Drink this smoothie in the morning alongside a hard-boiled egg and a piece of toast – this way you are getting all the food groups and starting your day off right!


1 cup of fresh strawberries
à or any other local berries!
1 cup milk
(Foxhill or other local brand)
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
4 ice cubes


 Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
